Q. How long is the rental period and is it flexible?
Rental period are 3 days unless stated otherwise. Longer period is to be requested on booking.
Q. Can we mix and match inventory?
Yes, mix and match is an option, feel free to be Creative.
Q. Do you set up in any weather?
Yes, we service all 4 seasons.
Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
You can place your order at any time to reserve your spot, up to 48hrs prior. It is always best to place your order as soon as possible to prevent unavailability. We can accept last minute requests if available.
Q.What is your delivery and service areas?
We service all of Ottawa and surrounding area. Also provide outskirts of the region Hawkesbury, South Dundas and Ottawa Valley areas. Additional charges may apply
Q. Do you service the Quebec region?
No, but curbside pick up option is available.
Q. Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges all included within our pricing provided. Extra delivery fee is provided upon request for outside the region delivery.
Q. What time of day do you deliver?
We deliver/ set up after 8pm the night prior to you event and pick up done the day after to allow extra time to celebrate. Drop off options are completed before 5pm the day prior to event and picked up before 5pm the day after event.
Q. Where do you place the lawn ornaments and signs?
We place all items on front of property. Unless requested otherwise by customer. Specific placement can be requested during booking. Our Lawn ornaments and sign are all 2D and 3D, this allows to be seen from in the home and surrounding neighborhood.
Q. Will the Lawn ornaments or sign damage my lawn?
No, these are chosen to work any type of landscape the home has. Please note: if any sprinkler system on the lawn the spike items can damage the system. This must be advised to us upon booking.
